Description
Guards can be sent to break up any strikes in range of Security Outposts.

You will have the following options:
- Punish the overseers: Discontent will rise.
- Commend the overseers: Strike risk will fall permanently. Workers may 'disappear' from time to time.
Notes
- After a few uses, workers will be more prepared, offering more resistance and causing many more injuries during any strike busting attempt.
- There is a small chance of a worker dying when breaking a strike.
