Strike Busting

Main article: Strike Busting (Arc)

This event arc follows through a missing strike leader.

Disappeared

An overseer asks to talk to you in private. After making sure nobody can hear you, he confesses to killing the missing strike leader. "It went down like this. I and some friends grab this guy, just to have a little talk, make him see reason. He won't listen, starts a fight, slips, smashes his stupid noggin on a kerb. Oh bother. We buried him in freshly poured concrete under the generator. With your blessing, I hope."

You will have the following options:

  • Punish the overseers: Discontent will rise.
  • Commend the overseers: Strike risk will fall permanently. Workers may 'disappear' from time to time.

Notes

  • After a few uses, workers will be more prepared, offering more resistance and causing many more injuries during any strike busting attempt.
  • There is a small chance of a worker dying when breaking a strike.
