This event triggers regularly in the People's Militia.

They will ask you to sign the Terror (Labour Law)

Sir, the militia rounded up all the engineers they consider "troublesome". "This lot has been causing trouble all along. Let's end it once and for all so that we can finally concentrate on building the generator". They're talking about mass execution. And they're not asking for your permission.

You will have the following options:

  • Carry on: Engineers will die. Discontent will fall.
  • We need a revolutionary tribunal: You have 2 days to sign "Terror".
