Outpost Team are one of the classes of the people in Frostpunk. They are set up after building an outpost depot.
Description[ | ]
Various scouting locations in the frostlands are able to be turned into outposts. These outposts will be a consistent source of a resource that is different for every outpost. These outposts will deliver set amounts of the resource at set intervals.

In endless mode, outposts are not an option due to the storms changing the layout of the frostlands each time.

In the New Home scenario Tesla City is the only limitless source of steam cores. Setting it up as an outpost will require you to explore it first, which can only be done by a scout team. In the last autumn scenario foragers serve the same purpose as scouts and outpost teams, though these outposts will only bring in food
