Events[edit | edit source]

There are events associated with this law.

Engineers' plea[edit | edit source]

This event triggers regularly after building the Council Square.

Sir, several engineers want to share with you their concerns about Workers' Council and ask for reassurance. "We appreciate your efforts to motivate the workers, but giving them too much power would diminish our authority and blur the responsibility. And before you commit to any of their ideas, remember that they know nothing about generator design."

You will have the following options:

  • Relax, you're still in charge: Motivation will fall.
  • Watch out, nobody's indispensable: Discontent will rise slightly.

Workers Council[edit | edit source]

Main article: Workers Council (Arc)

This event arc follows through the ideas from workers.

Alternative design[edit | edit source]

A construction site worker came up with a ingenious redesign of joints used in scaffolding and formwork. It's a minor and apparently safer change which should significantly advance work. Will you order this adoption?

You will have the following options:

  • No thanks: Discontent will rise slightly. Strike risk will rise for 2 days.
  • Of course: Construction will advance by 30%.
