Workers Council is a series of events after signing the Workers Council (Labour Law) but not the Official Doctrine (Labour Law). All events triggers independently.

Never forget

Boss, Workers' Council wants to celebrate the anniversary of Edinburgh Bread Riots by giving everyone the rest of the day off in honour of the fallen comrades killed by the army.

But the engineers disagree:" The bullets might have killed them, but it was the global cooling that caused the crop failure, famine and riots. The best way to honour its victims would be to keep working and finish the Generator on time!"

You're presented with the following options:

  • Side with the Engineers:Strike Risk will rise for 2 days. Discontent will rise slightly.
  • Side with the Workers: All Workplaces will close for the rest of the day.

Tea and sympathy

Sir, a Workers' Council is asking for… tea. As is customary, company policy entitles engineers to afternoon tea served in the cookhouse and the Workers' Council is asking for this benefit to be extended to everybody. "We're out there, literally doing the heavy lifting. Doesn't that earn us a hot cup of tea every now and then?"

You're presented with the following options:

  • I won't change company policy: Discontent will rise.
  • Sure, tea for everyone: Motivation will rise.
