There are events associated with this law.

Councils protest[ | ]

This event triggers after signing the Official Doctrine.

Sir, council representatives rouse the workers to protest your signing of Official Doctrine. "Why are you trying to muzzle the Workers' Council?!"- a representative steps forward from a group of workers, waving the proclamation crumpled in his fist. "What is the purpose of this?! You are going too far." The representatives seem really agitated... but we might invite them to dine with you to you could convince them.

You will have the following options:

  • I'll try to win them over: 215 food rations will be spent.
  • They have to get over it: Strike risk will rise for 2 days.

All hail the Generator[ | ]

Sir, to impress on our people the importance of their work, the most engaged workers are organizing "Day of the Generator". They plan to gather everybody and throw a feast to celebrate the construction of the Generator. The activists report that their proposal was met with widespread approval-it seems that people are warming up to the radical ideas. They ask it you'd like to support their initiative.

You will have the following options:

  • Carry on: Motivation will rise slightly.
  • Give them food for the party: Motivation will rise. Discontent will fall slightly. 17% food rations will be spent.
