This quest will trigger shortly after you build a House of Prayer

Sir, people have started to visit the House of Prayer. There aren't many of them yet, but it might be the start of something special. It seems they really needed a proper place of worship.

The first law available in the Faith Tree, unlocked by choosing the Faith route when faced with the growing problem of The Londoners. A single house of prayer costs 30 wood and 10 steel. Initially, the player will be tasked with building 2 Houses of Prayer. Houses of Prayer are useful for providing short bursts of hope just in time for hope to fall sharply due to a devastating discovery by the scouting team.
